What are the different types of transfer carts?

Transfer carts allow for ground movement in all types of industries and applications. Transfer carts are available in a wide range of products in a robust modular construction, which can also be adapted to your needs. They are equipped with all the safety devices required for mechanical movements on the ground. Transfer trolleys are an important complement to cranes for lifting heavy loads on the ground and an ideal solution for cargo transfer between ships.

 

Depending on the type of movement, there are two main types of transfer trolleys.

 

Maneuverable transfer trolleys.

These move in any direction. Battery-powered versions are available.

Transfer carts on rails.

They move in a straight line. Battery-powered or electric versions are available, moving by winder or power cord.

Directional transfer trolleys, battery-powered

We manufacture directional transfer trolleys (free movement) from 10 tons. Up to 60 tons. Are autonomous, battery-powered and can be moved freely on smooth floors, inside or outside the ship.

Battery-powered transfer carts on rails

Transfer carts on rails (straight line travel only) are manufactured from 10 tons. Up to 80 tons. Its power is generated by batteries and the movement is done by rails.

Cable reel-powered transfer car on rail

Our rail transfer cars (straight line only) have capacities from 10 to 10 tons. up to 200 tons. They can be powered by winding or armored wire.

Rail transfer Cars
